Wednesday
6:ooam - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50g protein powder)
10:00am - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 6 egg whites
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake (50g)
1:00pm - 2 chicken breats, 1/2 cup brown rice
3:00pm - 1 turkey burger on a whole wheat bun
5:30pm - 1 salmon, bunch of grilled asparagus(as much as I can take)
8:00 - 1 cup mixed berries
