Friday
6:00am - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50g protein powder
10:00am - 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 grilled chicken breats
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake(50g)
1:00pm - 1 yam, 6 egg whites
3:00pm - 1 turkey burger on a whole wheat bun
5:30pm - 1 salmon, 1/2 cup steamed brocolli
8:00pm - 1/2 cup strawberries
Thursday
6:00am - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50g protein powder)
10:00 - 1/2 cup brown rice, can of tuna, tri color peppers
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake(50g)
1:00pm - 1 yam, 6 egg whites
3:00pm - 1/2 lb. low sodium turkey breast, 2 slices whole wheat bread
5:30pm - 2 grilled chicken breasts, 1/2 cup steamed brocolli
8:00pm - 1 bottle isopure shake(zero carb)
Wednesday
6:ooam - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50g protein powder)
10:00am - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 6 egg whites
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake (50g)
1:00pm - 2 chicken breats, 1/2 cup brown rice
3:00pm - 1 turkey burger on a whole wheat bun
5:30pm - 1 salmon, bunch of grilled asparagus(as much as I can take)
8:00 - 1 cup mixed berries

Daily Food Journal

Today I am going to start sharing my diet with the world. I am going to post what I eat from day to day to stay lean and ripped. Today is Wednesday, which means I will post my food intake for Tuesday....and so on and so forth.

Tuesday
6:00am - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50grams protein powder)
10:00am - 1 yam, 6 egg whites
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake(48grams protein powder)
1:00pm - 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 turkey burger
3:00pm - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 6 egg whites
5:30pm - 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup steamed brocolli
8:00pm - 1/2 cup strawberries

Hello to former members, new members and future members. If your wondering what has been going on with Bryan Seth, let me tell you. In regard to the website, we have been making some major changes (ie..new url, images, etc.).
I have been shooting with some great photographers on the west coast and have plenty of images that will be on the site very soon. I have a photo shoot this Friday that I am presently getting ready for.
I just finished an interview with NextModelMen...so that should be up soon. I'll keep you guys posted on that.
I am also thinking about competing in my first bodybuilding show this year. Let me know what you think.
I want to end this post by letting everyone know that any special requests you have(ie..signed photos, specific images, anything), feel free to contact me @ bryanseth@live.com.
I do not judge people. There is nothing too crazy that you could ask me. The worst that could happen is that I do not honor your request. I love my fans and want to keep my fans.
