7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50g protein powder)
10:00 - 1/2 cup brown rice, can of tuna, tri color peppers
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake(50g)
1:00pm - 1 yam, 6 egg whites
3:00pm - 1/2 lb. low sodium turkey breast, 2 slices whole wheat bread
5:30pm - 2 grilled chicken breasts, 1/2 cup steamed brocolli
8:00pm - 1 bottle isopure shake(zero carb)
