6:00am - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50g protein powder
10:00am - 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 grilled chicken breats
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake(50g)
1:00pm - 1 yam, 6 egg whites
3:00pm - 1 turkey burger on a whole wheat bun
5:30pm - 1 salmon, 1/2 cup steamed brocolli
8:00pm - 1/2 cup strawberries
