Daily Food Journal

Today I am going to start sharing my diet with the world. I am going to post what I eat from day to day to stay lean and ripped. Today is Wednesday, which means I will post my food intake for Tuesday....and so on and so forth.

Tuesday
6:00am - 200mg caffeine before cardio
7:30am - protein shake(1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, 50grams protein powder)
10:00am - 1 yam, 6 egg whites
11:00am - hit the weights
12:30pm - protein shake(48grams protein powder)
1:00pm - 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 turkey burger
3:00pm - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 6 egg whites
5:30pm - 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup steamed brocolli
8:00pm - 1/2 cup strawberries
